New Health protocol published by Nepal Tourism Board after Covid-19
The Nepal Tourism Board has put into operation some new health protocol measures because of the rise in COVID instances and the modularity of lockdown. The following guidelines should be followed before entering Nepal if you are travelling from outside the country.
The airline passenger must have a COVID-19 negative validation report within 72 hours to be allowed.
Stay in the hotel for a 10-day quarantine
After the 10-day quarantine, a PCR test is required.
If you test positive, you must remain in the hospitals or isolation facilities as instructed by CCMC.
Adults over the age of 70, children under the age of 5, and parents of young children must receive the antigen test.
The passenger testing, observation, and care are entirely under CCMC's control.
Security personnel who have just returned from abroad are only allowed to enter their destination after completing a 10-day quarantine and passing a PCR test.
