Dipendra Bhatta was born in Gorkha District and spent his childhood in the lap of mountain. He has more than 10 years of working experience in hospitality sector and adventure tourism in Nepal. After long experience in travel and hospitality sector, he has decided to run his own company in international level. Founder and currently the chairperson and Managing Director of “Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition”, he is navigating the company to make it the most responsible and best trekking agency in Nepal. He is highly professional and is expert in providing the customized trip at highest possible standard and safety.  

He have visited to various part of Nepal, India, Bhutan and Tibet in order to gain the first-hand experience about the touring and trekking in these areas. In addition, he has travelled to the different countries in the world which helps him understand the need of tourist from their perspective.

His vast knowledge of mountain nation coupled with his decade long experience on hospitality sector will sure to be the great value to all the travelers. 

Samjhana Ghimere, Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition’s Accountant holds a degree in economics from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. Prior to joining “Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition”, she was highly involved in the field of communication and hospitality sector. She joined the company to look after the account depart and with her hard work and dedication, she was given authority to coordinate the managerial part too.

Samjhana is the permanent member of the company and handles all the financial issues including monitoring and processing of payments and expenditure and reviewing financial documents. She also handles all the government related tasks like tax payment, license renewal, balance sheet preparation etc. She can provide excellent view and precious legal advices for the company’s better future. She is very courteous and humble in nature.

A friendly, reliable and conscientious person, Dipak Dhital was born in Gurkha district, currently living in Thamel, Kathmandu. He works as an office assistant in Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition. Dhital skillfully completes his works which includes managing transportation services for clients whether be it for pick up or drop off or arranging vehicles for the trips. He also plays vital role in managing hotel booking, permits and satisfies customer with optimal care.

Being born as Sherpa and raised at the lap of world’s highest Himalayan peaks, Nima Sherpa is always passionate about trekking, mountaineering and Himalayan expedition. His hard work and dedication coupled with years of experience and mountaineering skills is sure to make your adventurous holiday in Nepal once in lifetime experience. He has done medical and leadership training and leading a trekking and expedition group for more than 8 years.

Nima always loves strenuous travelling and brings sway enthusiasm & excitement to whatever he does. Previously, he has successfully climbed many trekking peaks and conducted many strenuous high pass trek. Nima is authorized trekking and expedition leader by Ministry of Tourism in Nepal and also holds a high altitude first aid certificate. He has vast knowledge for any trips, from short hike to long and challenging off beaten treks.

Damar Sing Rai was born in a farming village near Lukla, the major entrance to the Everest region. He is highly experienced and very enthusiastic mountain guide of Nepal. With a decade of accumulated experience, Rai brings a passion and great vision to his work. Like many of our trekking guides at Nepal Horizon Treks & expedition, he start out his trekking career as a porter, learning the ropes and gradually worked his way into a trekking leader position. He has received the leadership and trekking certificate from the ministry of tourism and civil aviation, Nepal.

Having travelled extensively to the all major trekking region of Nepal, he has acquire enough knowledge of the mountain region and its climate, local culture and the local life and behavior. This helps him to organize the trip making sure that his guest have a good time on their trek. He can speak English, Nepali and Hindi as well.

Kumar joined the tourism sector working as a porter, carrying the loads in the treks and then worked as a trekking guide. With his years of experience and vast knowledge of trekking in remote areas of Nepal, Karki is one of best trekking guide of Nepal Horizon Treks & Expedition.

He has travelled extensively throughout the major trekking destination of Nepal like Annapurna, Everest, Mustang, Manaslu and Kanchenjunga region. He has undergone training from the Ministry of Nepal including first aid, responsible tourism and English language and knows his job well. He is licensed trekking guide authorized by the Ministry of tourism in Nepal. His high dedication and fine sense of humor have always helped him to handle all our clients competently.
