Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu to Lukla.

After having a short tour in Kathmandu, we will catch a flight to Lukla. Lukla is a small village located in the Khumbu region of Nepal. The trip is just some meters above from the ground so you can get the view of rivers, valleys, landscapes, which makes an unforgettable movement.Our well-experienced staff and guides will receive you from Lukla airport. The porters will take our luggage, and we will head toward Pakdhing following the river Dudh Khosi. On the way to Phakding, we will watch different villages and have the fun of fun. At dusk, we reach our camp on the top of the Dudh khosi river. Overnight at Phakding.

Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar

After breakfast in Phakding, we visit the Sagarmatha National park before we start a trek to the town of Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is the leading and center of this region. We cross through alpine meadows, woods of Rhododendron, pine, fir, juniper an additional we also see the first view of Mt. Everest from here. We will cross the suspension bridge above the Imja Tse River.Then we reach Namche Bazaar with beautiful views of Kwangde peak and Kusum Kanguru on the route. As the elevation increases during the trek, we will have a picture of Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse. After exploring the Namche Bazzar, we stay tonight all night at a guest house.

Day 03: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

Early in the morning, our trek ascends toward Tengboche. Tengboche offers mesmerizing views of Mt.Everest, Lhotse. After walking for a few hours, we reach the Tengboche Monastery by crossing a bridge. From here, we can see the close views of mountain Thamserku and Amadablam. This place offers you many things like Magnificient views, attractive wall hanging, a tall statue of Buddha, a musical instrument of local peoples. After having a short tour of Tengboche, we will move to our lodge. Stay overnight in Tengboche.

Day 04: Tengboche to Dingboche

Today’s trail is not so easy, and we will follow the Imja Khola. We reach the big Sherpa settlement village Pangboucheo, and it is famous for its oldest monasteries. We will continue our trek toward the Sherpa settlement, Dingboche. Stay overnight in Dingboche.

Day 05: Acclimatization day

Today is a day to rest up. We spend our whole day by exploring Dingboche and the valleys Chhukung and Imja. We visit the high passes Amphu Laptsa and Makalu Barun National park. With the rise of altitude, we get various options to enjoy. After seeing the marvelous views of surrounding mountains, we descend to Dingboche.

Day 06: Dingboche to Lobuche

Today is sixth day of our trail, and today we slowly move due to high altitudes. We’ll cross the Dungla pass and peaceful stupa. This stupa makes every climber heartfelt because it was made for that climber who had lost their lives in Everest over the years. After passing through an adventure rocky mountain, we found ourselves in Lobuche from where we can see the beautiful views of Mt.Lobuchen, Mt.Pumari, Nuptse, etc. after exploring Lobuche for some time we return to our lodge. Day 07: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep.

Today we will trek to our destination, EBC. This trek is comparatively easier. The straight route to Everest Base Camp is a bit harder, linking rocky dunes and moraines. We cross the beautiful Khumbu Glacier and icefall, which is located on the slope of the mountain. After reaching camp, we will meet other trekkers who are going to climb Mount. Everest summit. We can catch the beautiful scenes and movement in cameras. We will enjoy a lot and try to explore the place as much as we can. At dusk, we’ll move back to Gorekshep and do some rest there. Stay overnight in Gorekshep.

Day 08: Gorakshep to Kalapattar and then trek to Pheriche

Today we wake up early in the morning, and our trail ascends toward Kalapathar to see the beautiful sunrise over Mt.Everest. We understand the stunning views of Nuptse Nup, Changtse, Lhotse. You can catch beautiful pictures of Mt.Everest and neighboring mountains in your camera. Then we descend to Gorekshep for breakfast and then to Pheriche. The walking is so easy and full of fun. Stay overnight in Pheriche.

Day 09: Pheriche to Phortse

Early in the morning, we trek down to Phortse. On the way, we enjoy a lot of beautiful views of the mountains. Stay overnight in Phortse. Day 10: Phortse to Namche Bazaar Today, we return to Namche bazaar from the vicinity of Everest. On the way, we get a company from the Dudh Koshi river. In this route, if you want, you can take help from porter, locals, and also from Yak. We pass through the beautiful dense forests, suspension bridges with prayer flags, gompas, and monasteries. Day 11: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Today is the last day of our journey, we return to Lukla through the riverbed of coming together of Bhote Koshi River and Dudh Koshi river. After crossing Monjo, we exit the Sagarmatha National Park. After

Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu.

Today we return to the capital city of Nepal and explore the beauty of the city. We fly over the beautiful landscapes, rivers with the mesmerizing sights of Himalayans. The flight is around thirty-five minutes. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Is the Everest Base Camp Trek Difficult?

Everest Base Camp trek is a trail that is suitable for people who don’t have experience. It is ideal for both new trekkers and professional trekkers. People with good health and fitness and adapt it. What is Altitude Sickness?

Everest Base camp leads us to the high elevation above 5,000 meters from the sea level. If your body is not familiar with the altitude you many feel unconsciousness with some symptoms like shortness of breath, Headache, Increased heart rate, Difficulty sleeping, Tiredness, Loss of appetite, Dizziness, feeling unsteady, etc. to prevent yourself from altitude sickness you have to follow this method, and they are: take plenty of water, descend to lower altitude, do not smoke, drink alcohol, don’t push yourself, eat high-calorie foods, keep yourself hydrated, etc.

What to pack on Everest Base Camp Trek?

You have to pack your clothes awarding on the season. For the winter season, you need to bring warm gear. For, monsoon, you need to carry rain gear. For spring and Autumn, you have to give light-weight cotton clothes. Also if you wear full-sleeved light clothes, it will prevent from suntan. At monsoon, rains occur frequently. The atmosphere seems to be humid. In the winter season, it is cold.you have to wear warm clothes in layers to maintain your body temperature. The significant goods you need to carry during treks are a pair of good quality trekking shoes, thermals, hiking underwear, gloves, a sun hat, sunglasses, anti-leech socks, wind stopper jacket, woolen cap, woolen scarf, etc. you have to aware about the season and pack your goods.

How long is the Everest base camp trek?

The length of the trek takes 7 to 12 days, and it depends upon your itinerary and speed of walking. The trek length can be increased or decrease according to team wish. Our trek starts from Lukla and ends at the beautiful town Namche Bazaar. You have to walk 5 to 6 hours per day at  Everest Base Camp. Sometimes you have to walk for 3 or 4 hours. While some of them can take 6 to 7 hours. The highest altitude you reach is 4190 meters.
