Early morning transfer to the Domestic Airport and catch a short Trans-Himalayan flight to Lukla: gateway to Everest region. You will be introduced to the rest of the trekking crew.

Start your trek with an easy hike through Chaurikharka village and drop off towards Dudhkoshi Ghat (2530m/8300ft). Follow the bank of Dudhkoshi River until Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft), where you stay overnight to acclimatize. Enjoy your leisure time in Phakding, a famous stopping point.

Follow the beautiful forest of pine and take the north trail that leads up to the valley of Benkar. Then, cross the Dudh Koshi River and walk across the village of Chumao and Monjo, the entrance to the Everest National Park. Next, cross the suspension bridge and walk across Jorsale village.

Further, follow the tail that goes alongside Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers. A steep ascend takes us to the heartland of the Khumbu region – Namche Bazaar. En route – enjoy the excellent view of Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse.

We continue on the trail after breakfast, which ascends and then curves around the mountain to provide breathtaking views. Birds, such as the vibrant Danphe pheasant, Himalayan Thars, and spotted deer should all be observed (The national bird of Nepal). The trail separates at Sanasa, leading to Gokyo and Everest Base Camp.

We will follow a right track and descend to the lowest point north of Namche Bazaar, Phunki Thenga (3,250m/10,663ft), where we will bridge the Dudh Khosi (past water-driven prayer wheels). After that, take the Imja Khola Valley trek for two hours as you ascend through a forest of rhododendrons and dwarf conifers to the hilltop settlement of Tengboche.

Discover the largest Gompa in the area here, which is framed by the peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Everest, and others. You can take in the vibrant Mani Rimdu festival with masked dance in Tibetan theatre during the full moon in October or November.

Walking on a trail intersected by icy streams for half an hour, we reach Chhukung.

After lunch, we head for the Chhukung Ri expedition. The expedition involves some easy scrambling over the peak. The summit of Chhukung Ri features the awe-inspiring view of Ama Dablam and Amphu Labcha Peaks. We descend back to Chhukung for a comfortable night.

Today we start very early in the morning as we are heading to cross the highest pass of the entire trip – Kongma La Pass. There are two routes to Kongma La Pass. We can either join travel over a which located to the northeast of Chhukung over the Nuptse Glacier moraines or hike back to Bibre and take the trail above the Niyang Khola.

Kongma La Pass is festooned with cairns and Buddhist prayer flags. The descending part of the pass is the most strenuous part of the journey. Taking the north trail through Khumbu Glacier, we reach Lobuche.

Following breakfast, we take the trek through the picturesque Gorak Shep Lake hamlet to reach Everest Base Camp. The memorials for the Indian army mountaineers are crossed as we proceed straight ahead. It's crucial to carefully follow your guide's lead because the journey from here can be confusing. Due to the hard nature of the trek and the thin air at high altitudes, some hikers may experience breathing difficulties.

Hence it's crucial to move gently and drink enough water. Before arriving at the Everest Base Camp, we have to cross several rough dunes, moraines, and streams. Mountaineers' tents at base camp are numerous and stand out in contrast to the monotonous, dreary surroundings thanks to their vibrant hues (especially in spring). We can admire Nuptse, Khumbutse, and Pumori. Overnight at Gorakshep.

After breakfast, we depart early in the morning for Kalapatthar, amid pre-dawn darkness and cold temperature (-10 degrees C to -14 degrees C). There is always the potential for snowy winds. Peaks like Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse comes into the view and even Everest starts appearing. From Kalapatthar, we get the 360-degree panorama of Mt. Everest and other peaks.

we climb down alongside the astonishing Khumbu Glacier. Now the trail forks and we walk through the trail on our right. On the way, we get a beautiful view of the looming Awi Peak. Next, we walk for a while before making ascend over the ridge. During the ascent, we get a view of Chola Tsho Lake nearby. We continue moving, pass a small lake, and cross Chola Khola before reaching Dzongla.

As we start gaining elevation, the beautiful Cho La Lake start appearing and Ama Dablam hides on a cloud to the south and Cholatse soars to the west. Today we make a steep climb and a boulder-strewn trail makes it more difficult to climb. The summit of Cho La Pass is festooned with cairns and prayer flags. Mountain views are exceptional.

Next, we join a long yet easy trail that leads us down to Thangnak. Walking through the edge of Ngozumpa Glacier (the longest glacier in Nepal), we come across the second and third Gokyo Lakes to reach Gokyo village.

Another acclimatization day is scheduled to protect against Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Gokyo valley offers two major viewpoints.

The first is Gokyo Ri (5,357m) which is located on the northern side of the lake, opposite the village. The Gokyo Ri hike starts very early in the morning and involves two hours of scrambling to its summit. The summit features the best view of the broad, rubble-covered Ngozumpa Glacier – Nepal's largest Glacier.

Furthermore, it commands the surreal view of the incredible Himalayan chain that includes Cho-Ouy, Ghyachung Kang, the north face of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Cholatse, Taboche, Thamserku, Kangtega, Kusum Kangru and more (all over 6300m).

The second highlight is the fourth, fifth, and sixth lake that is located to the north of the village. These lakes along with the melting of glaciers are the major source of the Dudh Koshi River, which we followed from Lukla.

Today we start early to complete the long days trek ahead. We need to head quickly towards Marlung as there is no overnight option at Renjo – La Pass. After walking alongside the Dudh Koshi River for a while, we turn to the Renjo La trail and walk for 3 hours to reach the summit. On the way, we get a reward with an excellent view of the Himalayan and Rolwaling ranges.

We descend a narrow valley clogged with giant rocks to reach Lumde. Here we find a support lodge but it often remains closed. Walking almost for an hour, we reach Marlung which is located on the east bank of the Bhote Koshi River.

Following a road that Tibetan traders have used for millennia, we gradually descend from Marulung to Thame. After crossing the Bhote Koshi River, go to Taranga. The trail leads to an incline before approaching Thame, and we pass over two bridges. On a hill to the west, Thame's renowned Gompa looks down upon the town. The trail that descends from Marlung is a well-known, former trading route to this point for Tibetan vendors.

At a height of 3,800 meters, the settlement of Thame serves as the starting point for the walk. The Dudh Koshi River is crossed by multiple suspension bridges as the trail progressively descends through lovely trees. Trekkers will travel past several traditional Sherpa settlements along the journey, such as Thamo and Phurte.

The route then climbs to the busy town of Namche Bazaar, which is located at a height of 3,440 meters. The Everest region's commercial and cultural center, Namche Bazaar, provides a range of amenities for hikers, including restaurants, shops, and internet cafes.

Some of the common symptoms of Altitude sickness are dizziness, vomiting, nausea, headache, swallowing of hands/feet, tiredness, shortness of breath, e.t.c. if you see any symptoms which are mentioned above then go back to the normal altitude as soon as possible.

You must walk for seven to ten hours that day in order to reach the high pass. Generally, it takes 17-21 days to reach your destination however, the ability of the person is also a key factor to complete the trek earlier. Additionally, the weather conditions and landscape also affect your trek.
